Destroyed Food Benefits
Request replacement SNAP for Destroyed Food. If you lost food that was purchased with SNAP benefits because of a household disaster – like a fire, flood, tornado, or power outage – you may be able to get replacement SNAP benefits. You must report the loss with in 10 days of when it happened.
